Receta Tomato Aspic
Ingredientes
- 24 ounce. can V8 juice
- 2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatin
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. V8 juice. Heat the remainder of juice to boiling. Add in flavorings. Add in warm mix slowly to gelatin mix. Pour in a 9 x 13 or possibly 9 x 11 inch baking pan. Chill till set.
- Serve on lettuce and top with mayonnaise. Serves 8 to 10.
