Receta Tomato Cheese Pasta
Simple dish, can be prepared as breakfast or evening snacks.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups macaroni/pasta boiled with pinch of salt till become soft.
- 1 medium green/yellow/red capsicum- cut into thin slices
- 1 medium tomato- cut into 4 pieces and remove pulp and cut into strips
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 green chilies sliced thinly
- 3 tbsp olive/vegetable oil
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 cup tomato puree
- few black olives [optional]
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
Direcciones
- 1) In a pan heat the oil, add chopped onions and green chilies fry till onion turn golden brown.
- 2) Add capsicum, crushed garlic, pepper, oregano fry for 2 mins and add tomato puree, olives, salt, red chilly powder fry for another min.
- 3) Now add water and pasta to mixture stir for 1 min and cheese.
- 4) Stir for 2 mins or until cheese seems to be dissolved completely.
- 5) Take off the flame and serve hot.
