Receta Tomato, Chicken And Mushroom Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 2 can chicken broth - (13 3/4 ounce ea)
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 can whole tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce) cut up
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
- 1 x carrot thinly sliced
- 1 env Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 3/4 c. Original Minute Rice
Direcciones
- Cook and stir mushrooms in warm margarine in large saucepan. Add in broth, chicken, tomatoes, tomato sauce, carrot and salad dressing mix. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 min.
- Stir in Minute Rice. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
