Add in them, along with onion, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce, to the flour mix, but don't fold in. In a small bowl, beat the egg and add in it to the flour-tomato mix. Blend lightly with a fork. To an electric skillet, heated to 360 degrees, add in 1/4 inch of oil. Fry till golden on one side, then turn and fry the other side. Keep fritters hot in the oven till serving time while frying the remainder.
