- 3 c. Peeled, cored minced tomatoes
- 3 c. Seeded, minced long green chilies
- 3/4 c. Minced onions
- 1 x Jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely minced
- 6 x Clove garlic, finely minced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 2 tsp Oregano leaves
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and heat, stirring frequently, till mix boils Reduce heat and simmer for 20 min, stirring occasionally. Lade\le warm into pint jars, leaving 1/2-inch headspace.
- Adjust lids and process in a boiling water canner: 15 min f\at 0-1000 feet altitude; 20 min at 1,001-6000 feet; 25 min above 6,000 feet.
- Yield 3 pints.
