Receta Tomato Salad In Warm Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 2 x hard tomatoes cut 1/4" slices
- 4 slc small onion - (paper-thin) rings separated
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2Â 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Â Â Coarse salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. crumbled Gorgonzola cheese chilled
- 10 x basil leaves
Direcciones
- Arrange tomato slices attractively in overlapping pattern on two dinner plates. Arrange onion rings over slices, dividing proportionately.
- Cook oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in small skillet over medium heat till simmering, about 1 minute. Stir hot dressing and drizzle over salad, dividing proportionately on 2 plates. Sprinkle with cheese. Garnish each with 5 basil leaves. Serve immediately while vinaigrette is still hot.
