  1. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 15 min or possibly till al dente. Drain well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce:Dice onion and bacon.
  3. Heat oil in a pan; add in onion, bacon, garlic, pinenuts and cook 3 min till onion is softened.
  4. Add in wine and stir through for 2 min.
  5. Stir in cream, lowfat sour cream, cheese and basil and cook over low heat till boiling and heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks to thicken. Season well.
  7. Pour sauce over tortellini and serve.
