Receta Toulouse Sausages With Creamy Leeks

Ingredientes
- 1 x 400 gram pac Toulouse sausages
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 15 gm Butter, (1/2oz)
- 4 sm Leeks, sliced
- 1 x 200 millilit half fat creme fraiche
- 1 Tbsp. Wholegrain mustard, (1 to 2)
- 1 tsp Cornflour blended in a little cool water
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced flat leaf parsley
Direcciones
- Grill or possibly ovenbake the sausages following instructions on the pack.
- Meanwhile, heat the butter and oil in a saucepan and cook the leeks gently for 5-6 min till softened. Stir in the creme fraiche, mustard and blended cornflour and cook for 2-3 min, stirring occasionally till thickened and smooth.
- Add in the sausages with seasoning and half the parsley
- Heat through and serve sprinkled wih the remaining minced parsley.
- NOTES : A luxurious sausage recipe with a rich creamy leek sauce.
