Receta Triple Chocolate Amaretto Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 (18 ounce) Devils Food cake mix
- 1 (4 ounce) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 4 large eggs, room temp.
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. amaretto
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- Powdered sugar or possibly whip cream.
- Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 1 (10 inch) bundt pan
Direcciones
- Grease and dust pan with cocoa pwdr. Put together cake mix, pudding mix, large eggs, lowfat sour cream, oil, amaretto and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed till smooth (about 2 min). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Bake 55 to 60 min at 375 degrees or possibly till tester inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 min. Invert on wire rack. Let rest 1 minute before removing pan. Dust with powdered sugar or possibly serve with whipped cream.
