Receta Triple Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

Ingredientes
- About 20 - 2" chocolate chip cookies, broken up
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 quart. mint chip softened ice cream
- White from 3 Large eggs
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 7 ounce. marshmallow creme
- 1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Mix crumbs and butter. Press in pie plate. Refrigeratetill hard. Pack ice cream into crust. Freeze 1 hour.
- Place oven rack in top position. Heat 450 degrees. Mix whites and salt till soft peaks form. Add in marshmallow and beat till peaks are stiff and shiny. Mix in 1/2 c. of chocolate chips. Spread over ice cream quickly. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips. Bake 5 min or possibly till meringue is lightly browned. Serve immediately or possibly cover and freeze up to 2 weeks.
