  1. Put together sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Cut marshmallows in half. Separate biscuits and press each one with hands to flatten. Dip a marshmallow half in butter, then roll it in cinnamon-sugar mix. Place on top of a biscuit. Wrap biscuit around marshmallow, pinch edge together to seal in marshmallow. Dip into butter, roll in cinnamon-sugar mix. Place in muffin cups, sprinkle with minced nuts, if you like. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 min or possibly till brown.
