  • 1/2 pound noodles, precook
  • 10 1/2 ounce. cream of mushroom soup
  • 6 ounce. lowfat milk
  • Onion
  • Garlic pwdr

  1. Arrange tuna and noodles in alternate layers. Mix soup and lowfat milk, pour over casserole. Top with crushed Ritz crackers or possibly crushed potato chips and/or possibly grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serve with green peas and salad.
