Receta Tuna Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredientes
- 2 c. macaroni
- 2 tbsp. butter or possibly oil
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. green or possibly red pepper, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 4 ounce. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can tuna, liquid removed
- Parmesan cheese to cover top
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni till tender and drain. To make white sauce, heat butter (or possibly oil) and add in flour and stir till mixed and smooth. Add in lowfat milk; stir and cook till thick. Add in salt and pepper to taste, peppers, and onion and cook for a few min. Add in cheese and stir till melted. Add in tuna and stir till mixed. Add in macaroni and stir till mixed. Pour in greased baking dish and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Cover dish with plastic wrap and bake in microwave for 10 min on High heat. Turn dish and continue baking for 10 min more.
