Receta Tuna Noodle Surprise

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce. pkg. noodles
- 12 1/2 ounce. tuna
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise (may use reduced calorie)
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. red pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. green onion, sliced
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and drain. In large bowl combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, lowfat milk and mustard. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Add in warm pasta, tuna, broccoli, peppers and onions. Stir till proportionately blended. Pour into 2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake 40 to 45 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
