- 1/3 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese of choice
- 3 to 4 tbsp. lowfat milk

- Cut shortening and cheese into flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk. Stir with fork till dough holds together. Cover and chill while making filling.
