Receta Tuna Poke
Ingredientes
- 2 lbs Raw Tuna Loin
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger (Grated)
- 4 oz Seaweed Salad
- 1 oz Hot Sauce
- 1 each English Cucumber
- to taste Sea Salt
Direcciones
- 1. Dice raw tuna into small pieces.
- 2. In a small mixing bowl combine sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger and hot sauce. Whisk together and fold in diced tuna and seaweed salad. Season with sea salt to taste. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
- 3. Slice the English Cucumber into very thin circles.
- 4. Place cucumber slices on plate in a circle. Place marinade tuna into center of the cucumber circle and serve.
