Receta Tuna Polynesian Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 cans (7 ounce. each) tuna, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. liquid removed Dole Pineapple chunks (No. 2 or possibly 1 pound 4 ounce. can)
- 1 c. sliced celery
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, curry pwdr and minced onion and let stand to blend the flavors. Meanwhile break tuna into bite size chunks and combine with the liquid removed pineapple and celery. Toss with mayonnaise and serve in lettuce c.. Makes 4 to 6 luncheon servings.
