Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. finely minced green pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. leftover poultry, diced
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Direcciones
- Cook green pepper and onion in butter till tender but not browned. Add in lowfat milk and soup. Mix well and heat 5 min. Stir in leftover poultry. Heat thoroughly. Serve over toast points or possibly in patty shells.
- NOTE: For a richer flavor, add in about 1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded cheddar or possibly Velveeta cheese.
