Receta Turkey Or Chicken Baked Dish

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. cooked turkey or possibly chicken
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 6 slices cubed wheat bread
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Grated cheese
Direcciones
- Cut bread into cubes and put in buttered pan. Mix meat, onion and pepper and put on top of bread cubes. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk and salt. Take more bread and remove sides and crust. Layer these pcs on top of the meat. Pour lowfat milk and egg mix over top. Let stand overnight. Spread soup over this before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. During the last 5 min put grated cheese on top and allow to heat.
