Receta Turkey rolls with spinach and cheese
Rolled turkey steaks stuffed with spinach and cheese are perfect for a quick family dinner.

Ingredientes
- 200 g fresh spinach, washed and cleaned
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- Salt and pepper
- 400-500 g turkey steaks
- 50 g Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1/4 cup corn flour
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup water
Direcciones
- Sauté spinach with garlic in hot oil briefly, just until it wilts a little. Season with salt and pepper, set aside to cool slightly.
- Lightly beat the turkey steaks.
- Put some spinach on each steak, top with slice of cheese.
- Roll the steak and fasten with a wooden or metal toothpick.
- Combine corn flour, cinnamon, cumin and salt.
- Cover turkey rolls with flour mixture.
- Fry the rolls in a mixture of butter and oil, about 7 minutes or until they are cooked evenly on all sides.
- Add wine and water, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
