- 2 tbsp. orange juice
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. cubed chicken
- 4 c. diced celery
- 1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 c. cashews
- 1 teaspoon minced dry onions
- 2 c. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Combine first 5 ingredients and marinate 2 to 3 hrs. Mix remaining ingredients and add in to chicken mix. Serve on croissants, in pocket bread or possibly as salad on lettuce leaf.
