Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 tbsp. sage
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon each, thyme and tarragon
- 1 med. garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Flour for shaping
- Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Mix together all ingredients except flour and oil. Dust hands with flour and shape mix into 6 patties. Fry in pan till brown.
