Receta Turkey Stuffed Pitas

Ingredientes
- 2 c. cubed cooked turkey
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 green pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 med. tomato, seeded and minced
- 1 sm. cucumber, minced
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Grnd black pepper, to taste
- 4 lg. whole wheat pitas (pocket bread)
Direcciones
- Place turkey in large bowl. Saute/fry mushrooms and green peppers in extra virgin olive oil till slightly softened. Add in to turkey. Add in tomato, cucumber, and green onions to turkey mix. In separate bowl, add in remaining ingredients till blended. Add in dressing mix to turkey and toss slightly. Cut pitas in half. Spoon about 1/2 c. turkey mix into each half.
