Receta Ultimate Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredientes
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 9-inch pie crust
- Optional: whipped cream
Direcciones
- Blend together all the ingredients except the pie crust and the whipped cream in a medium mixing bowl.
- Pour into the pie crust.
- Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to 350 F.
- Continue to bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes.
- Filling should be set slightly more around the edges than in the center.
- Serve plain or with the whipped cream, if desired.
- Serves 6 to 8
