Receta Uncooked Apricot Jam

Ingredientes
- 3 c. mashed ripe apricots
- 3 1/2 ounce. pkg. powdered citrus pectin
- 3 med. bananas
- 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 6 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
Direcciones
- Wash, pit and mash apricots. Measure pulp. Mash bananas and combine with lemon juice and rind; add in pectin; stir vigorously with electric beater. Let stand 20 min. Add in corn syrup and mix well. Add in sugar; stir till dissolved. Pour into containers and freeze. Makes 4 pints.
