- Grated rind of 1 orange
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/4 c. fresh orange juice
- 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 1/2 c. (1 lb.) confectioners' sugar
