Receta Veal Cutlet Parmijani

Ingredientes
- Thinly sliced veal
- 1 can Marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Flour for coating cutlets
- Roll or possibly ball of Mozzarella cheese
- Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Heat oil for frying in a large skillet. Coat veal cutlets in flour and brown both sides in the warm oil. Remove to a large roasting pan. Pour Marinara sauce over and sprinkle with oregano. Lay a thin slice of Mozzarella cheese on each. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 min. Good with garlic bread.
