Receta Veal Parmigiano

Ingredientes
- 12 veal cutlets
- 2 Large eggs beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce (2 c.)
- 12 slices mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Dip veal in Large eggs, salt and pepper. Roll in bread crumbs and grated cheese. Chill 1/2 hour.
- Saute/fry in butter till golden. Place in shallow baking pan. Pour tomato sauce over all and top with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 min. Serve 6 to 8.
