Receta Veal, Peppers And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. veal steak, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 lg. green pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1 lg. red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
- 1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
Direcciones
- Cut veal into 6 serving pcs. Mix flour, salt, paprika, garlic pwdr, Italian seasoning and peppers. Coat veal with flour mix. Pour till 1/4 inch thick.
- Heat oil in skillet till warm. Cook veal in oil till brown on both sides. Remove meat to hot serving platter. Keep hot. Add in wine to pan juice; heat to boiling, scraping up all brown pcs till slightly thickened. Add in peppers and mushrooms. Cook a few min just till tender. Pour over veal and serve.
