Receta Veal Steak Pizzoiola

Ingredientes
- 1 veal steak, about 1 1/4 pound
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. shortening
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 (10 ounce.) can pizza sauce
Direcciones
- Cut veal into about 12 pcs. Shake pcs with flour, salt, and pepper in paper bag to coat well. Saute/fry onion in shortening till soft in large frying pan. Push to one side, add in veal and brown on both sides. Sprinkle green pepper over and stir in pizza sauce. Cover and simmer about 40 min or possibly till meat is tender. Serve on buttered warm noodles. Makes 4 servings.
