Receta Veal With Cream And Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1 slice white bread
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 scallion
- 1/2 pound mushrooms
- 1 pound grnd veal
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 tbsp. parsley
Direcciones
- Tear bread into pcs and put in bowl. Add in lowfat milk. Chop scallions, slice mushrooms. When bread is soft mash it, crumble in veal and add in scallion, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into 4 oval patties.
- Heat butter and oil in pan over medium heat. Add in veal and cook till brown on both sides. Remove, add in mushrooms to pan and cook, stirring till they start to soften. Add in stock and boil, scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan till only 1 Tbsp. of liquid remains. Add in cream and cook till sauce thickens. 2 to 3 min. Return veal to pan with any juices which have accumulated and heat through.
