Receta Vegetable Beef Barley Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounce.) Italian style stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (13 3/4 fl. ounce.) beef broth
- 1 can (17 ounce.) mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. uncooked med. egg noodles
- 1/2 c. barley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Direcciones
- In a large pot, brown meat with onion. Cook till onion is tender; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer till barley is cooked. Makes about 8 servings.
