Receta Hardboiled Eggs With Mustard Mayonnaise

Ingredientes
- 10 x Large eggs, (10 to 12)
- 1 Tbsp. English mustard
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Salt Few turns of a white pepper mill
- 300 ml Sunflower oil
Direcciones
- 1 Hard boil the Large eggs for eight min. Drain, cover with cool water and leave to cold.
- 2 Mustard Mayonnaise: Mix the mustard, yolks and vinegar in a bowl. Slowly whisk in the oil for a thick and creamy sauce. Put in a pot, cover and refrigeratetill needed. Serve with the Large eggs.
