Receta Vegetable Dip
Ingredientes
- 2 c. Dannon plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh onion
- 1 env. (0.9 ounce) Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
- Assorted raw vegetables for dipping
Direcciones
- In a medium bowl put together all ingredients (except raw vegetables for dipping).
- Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve as a dip for raw vegetables.
