Ingredientes
- 2 c. broccoli flowerets (raw)
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. Bac-O's
- 2 c. cauliflowerets (raw)
- 1/2 c. frzn peas (thawed and liquid removed)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- Mix broccoli, cauliflower, onions, and peas.
- Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, garlic pwdr, salt, and pepper. Pour vegetable mix and toss gently. Chill at least 2 hrs. Stir in Bac-O's just before serving.
