Ingredientes
- 2 c. Torn leaf lettuce
- 1 c. Torn bibb lettuce
- 3 x Green onions with tops, sliced
- 1 med Tomato, peeled and diced
- 6 x Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 9 x Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt, optional
- 1/2 tsp Sugar, optional
Direcciones
- Toss the lettuce, onions, tomato, mushrooms and basil in a large salad bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Pour over the salad and toss. Serve immediately.
