Receta Vegetable & Ground Beef Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 quarts. water
- 2 c. grnd beef
- 2 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 2 c. diced fresh tomatoes">tomatoes or possibly whole canned tomatoes">tomatoes
- 2 c. diced onion
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2-4 beef bouillon cubes
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Fry grnd beef till crumbly with the onions. The water, potatoes, tomatoes and corn, put in large pan on medium heat till vegetables are tender, add in entire skillet of grnd beef and onion. Stir, then add in beef flavored cubes, salt and pepper. Let simmer 20 to 30 min till desired consistency. 5 to 9 servings.
