Ingredientes
- 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 med. cauliflower
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 2 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cucumber, cut in chunks
- 2 packages. Little Smokies cocktail sausages
- 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 2 cans button mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can black olives, liquid removed
- 1 avocado, cut into chunks
- 1 c. homemade mayonnaise
- 1/2 T lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon MSG
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 T horseradish
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon grnd mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Put together ingredients. Toss with sauce below. Refrigerate several hrs to blend flavors.
