Ingredientes
- 2 (16 ounce) bags frzn mixed vegetables (thawed & liquid removed)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Saute vegetables in butter. Layer vegetable and cheese in large casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees, uncovered.
