Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1 (9") pie shell
Direcciones
- Mix Large eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Slowly stir in warm lowfat milk at once. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dash top with nutmeg.
- Bake at 475 degrees for 5 min. Reduce heat to 425 degrees and bake 10 min longer, or possibly till knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
