Receta Vermont Cheddar Cheese Broccoli Soup
Ingredientes
- 2 c. (1 pkg.) broccoli
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. minced carrots
- 1 c. minced onions
- 4 c. chicken broth
- Garlic
Direcciones
- Place above ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 min. Let cold. Puree. Return to pot and blend in 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. lowfat milk and salt and pepper to taste. Heat.
