Receta Verry Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. blueberries, frzn or possibly fresh
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt in a separate bowl. Combine yogurt with baking soda; set aside. Beat the Large eggs in a third bowl, add in oil, sugar and vanilla. Add in flour mix and yogurt mix alternately to egg mix. Gently mix in berries. Greased muffin tins. Bake 25-30 min at 350 degrees.
