Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 pound grnd ham
- 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Grnd beef or possibly half ham, half beef can be used.
- Mix ingredients well. Shape into balls using about 1 Tbsp. of meat mix. Brown and cook in 1 Tbsp. oil. Remove from skillet; keep hot. Pour fat from skillet.
