Receta Walnut Rum Balls

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers, use blender
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 c. 10x flour
- 1 c. finely minced walnuts
- 3 tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. rum or possibly rum extract
- 1 c. powdered sugar or possibly shredded coconut
Direcciones
- Combine wafer crumbs, cocoa, 10x sugar and walnuts. Mix well. Add in corn syrup and rum. Mix well again. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar or possibly coconut. No baking needed. Can be refrigerated in an airtight container and removed 1 hour prior to serving.
