Receta Warm Broccoli And Cheddar Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 env. Lipton vegetable recipe soup mix
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounce.)
- 1 container (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli or possibly spinach thawed, liquid removed and squeezed dry
Direcciones
- In qt casserole dish combine vegetable soup mix, lowfat sour cream, broccoli and 3/4 c. cheese. Mix till smooth. Top with remaining 1/4 c. cheese. Bake for 30 min at 350 degrees.
- Serve warm with vegetables, bread sticks or possibly crackers.
- Makes about 3 c. of dip.
