Receta Weight Watchers Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce. pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 teaspoon diet butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 teaspoon firmly packed brown sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. raisins
- 1 tbsp. plus 2 teaspoon sifted confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoon water
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan with Pam. Separate biscuits and flatten each to 3 inch circles. Brush each with melted butter. Sprinkle each with 1/4 tsp. brown sugar and equal amount of cinnamon. Top each with 1 Tbsp. raisins. Roll each in jelly roll fashion and place seam down in pan. Bake 10-15 min till golden. Cold on rack.
- In small bowl, combine remaining 2 1/2 tsp. brown sugar and confectioners' sugar. Add in water a tsp. at a time and stir till smooth and syrupy. Place rolls on serving platter and brush each with sugar mix. Makes 10 rolls (1 roll = 1 B 1/2 Fa 1/2 Fr 20 O.C.)
