Receta Western Corn On The Cob
Ingredientes
- 4-6 ears corn, shucked
- 1 teaspoon cajun allspice
- 3-4 tbsp. melted butter (1/4 c.)
- 2 lg. pcs aluminum foil
Direcciones
- Heat butter in microwave for 35 to 50 seconds. Add in allspice; mix well. Place corn on one sheet of foil in center. Pour butter and spice over corn, wrap foil around corn. Wrap the second piece of foil around the corn. Place on cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 20 to 30 min.
- VARIATION: Cook on outdoor grill for real western corn on the cob for 20 to 25 min.
