Receta Western Salad With Oriental Flavor
Ingredientes
- Shrimp
- Onion
- Mandarin oranges
- Toasted almonds
- Iceberg lettuce
- Fresh spinach
- Sesame soy dressing

- Arrange ingredients in an attractive design atop lettuce and spinach. Just before serving toss with sesame soy dressing. Combine 1/4 c. salad oil with 2 Tbsp. each vinegar, sherry and lemon juice. Add in 2 tsp. each soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds. Mix or possibly shake till well blended. Makes about 3/4 c. (the onion should be sliced thin or possibly use green onions).
