Receta Wheat Germ Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 2 lg. Large eggs, separated
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. melted butter
Direcciones
- Stir the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Beat the egg yolks with 1/2 c. buttermilk. Then add in the remaining buttermilk and butter. Stir into the dry ingredients. Mix in the egg whites, beaten to soft peaks. Fry on a greased griddle, turning once.
