Receta Wheat Raisin Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. unsifted whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. unsifted white flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Mix flours, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir lowfat milk and vinegar together in a small bowl, let stand for 1 minute. Add in sugar, oil and molasses and stir into flour mix just till moistened. Stir in raisins. Bake in greased and floured pan (9x5x3 inch) in a 350 degree oven for 50-60 min. Cold in pan for 10 min. Cold on rack. Makes 1 loaf. Reminds you of Boston Brown Bread.
